This privacy policy applies to the MicoLa app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Antonin Kobr (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information to provide and improve its services. This information includes:
Identifiable Information
Email address provided during sign-in (Google, Apple).
Usage Data
App pages visited and crash logs.
Camera & Image Data
When you use the scanning feature, the Application accesses your camera to capture images for vocabulary building.
AI Analysis Data
Captured images or text extracts are transmitted to OpenAI for analysis and translation. These images are processed temporarily to provide the service and are not stored permanently by the Service Provider.

The Application requires access to your device's camera to enable the "Vision" feature. This allows you to scan textbooks or objects to generate vocabulary. Photos are sent to OpenAI for immediate processing and are not used for any other purpose by the Service Provider.
4. Location Data
The Application does not gather GPS location. It may determine your approximate geographical location based on your IP address to provide localized content (e.g., set default language).
5. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You have full control over your data. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the Application settings. Upon deletion, all your personal information, vocabulary playlists, and progress will be permanently removed from our active databases.
If you cannot access the Application, you can also request data deletion by contacting us at antonin.kobr@gmail.com. We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Children's Privacy and Age Rating
The Application is designed for users of all ages. We do not restrict access based on age, as the service provides educational tools for vocabulary building.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
